Application Process

For the New Registration 

  • Navigate to UPPCL's official website for the registration process.
  • Select the Vacancy/Results tab/link visible on the homepage.
  • Hit the View button provided next to "Apply online for the role of ‘Junior Engineer (Trainee)’".
  • This action leads to a separate page.
  • Click on the link titled New user registration for JE 2024.
  • Provide the desired details including the candidate's name, details of parent(s), a functional mobile number, a spare mobile number, and an active email address.
  • Click the Submit button to finish the process.

Obtaining User ID and Password: Upon successful registration, an Application Number, User ID, and Password will be delivered to the user's registered mobile number and email address.

  • Log In: The user should then log in using provided credentials and complete the remaining necessary details. These details will include Personal Information, Education Qualifications, and Reservation Details (if applicable).
  • Uploading Documents: Following this, the user must upload scanned copies of their photograph and signature in the format requested.
  • Submission: After ensuring all information is accurate and complete, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
  • Payment: Finally, proceed to pay the application fees. Payment can be completed online/offline at the user's convenience.
