Eligibility

The following are the fundamental qualifying requirements that applicants must meet in order to be eligible for the TNUSRB SI examination:
Age Criteria: Candidates applying for the TNUSRB SI examination must meet the following minimum age requirements in order to be eligible for the test:
Candidates must be between the ages of 20 and 28 to sit for the examination. 
Candidates from the Backward Classes and Most Backward Classes groups who apply for the test must be between the ages of 18 and 30.
SC/ ST have an age limit of up to 33 years.
Ex-servicemen/ex-personnel of central paramilitary forces must be between the ages of 18 and 45.
The maximum age limit for the departmental quota test is 45 years old.

Educational Qualification: Candidates taking the TNUSRB SI test must meet the following educational requirements:
Must have a graduation degree in 10+2+3/4/5 pattern from an acknowledged government university.
In the case of diploma courses, candidates must have a degree in the 10+3+2 pattern.
Only those with Tamil as a subject in X/XII/Degree are eligible to take the test.
