Admission

Candidates interested in admission to this university can apply online.

Steps to Apply:

  • Login to the website of Utkal university.
  • Fill out the details accurately.
  • Fill up the correct Personal basic information and proper educational information.
  • Choose the appropriate course.
  • Upload the passport-size photo and scanned signature.
  • Select the “Save and Continue” option.
  • After completing the application form, applicants will be sent to the payment portal, where they must choose the manner of payment.
  • Students have the option of paying either offline or online.

 

Steps to Apply for the Online Test?

  • Visit the DDCE Utkal University's official website. Click on the Apply Online button.
  • Fill the details as required and upload the necessary papers.
  • The payment must then be made using the payment gateway.
  • You will be assigned a time slot to take the online test at DDCE.
  • The results will also be made available on the same day.
  • After passing the DDCE entrance exam, the student will be called in for an interview.
  • Once all of the verification work is done, the candidate will be accepted after paying the course fee.

Deadline for CAF  10th September, 2022
Distribution of Hall Ticket 30th September, 2022
Common PG Entrance Test 12th October, 2022, to 22nd October, 2022
Deadline to fill the Graduation marks 22nd October, 2022
Merit list released 7th November, 2022
Deadline to apply for admission 30th November, 2022
Commencement of classes for the PG courses 3rd December, 2022
B.Ed Admission Date  10th December, 2022

Eligibility Criteria Of Utkal University

All applications should be submitted online. For B.A. Hons, MA, B.Com, MSW, M.Com programmes is on a first-come, first-served basis. For PG Diploma courses, it is determined by an online test administered by the Institute DDCE. For BBA, MBA, IMBA and MCA programs, it is based on an online test administered by the school, as well as a personal interview.

 

Courses Eligibility Criteria
UG Courses 10+2 in relevant field from an acknowledged board
MA Economics  Graduation degree in any field
PG Courses / PG Diploma Graduation degree in relevant field from an acknowledged university with 50% marks at least
MA English Graduation in English from an acknowledged university.
BBA / IMBA  10+2 in relevant field from an acknowledged board
