Admission

Follow the given below online as well as offline admission procedure for the SRM University:-

Required Documents

  • Class 10th Mark sheet
  • Class 12th mark sheet
  • Undergraduate Mark sheet (for postgraduate programs)
  • Postgraduate Mark sheet (for doctoral programs)

Online Mode
Steps for the online registration process to get admission at the SRM Institute of Science and Technology are given below:-
Steps 1 - Registration 

  • Go to the website of SRMIST 
  • Now register yourself for the SRM University application with the email ID and password

Steps 2 - Form Filling

  • Now log in and start filling the SRM University application form with all the necessary details (size not more than 500 kb).

Steps 3 – Upload Documents

  • Now attach all the necessary supporting documents such as your mark sheet and degree certificate with the SRM University application form

Steps 4 – Fee

  • Now you have to pay the SRM University application fee of Rs. 1100/- via online mode by using e-payment method - Credit Card/ Debit Card/Net-Banking.
  • After that submit the SRM University application form and take a printout for the future reference 

Offline Mode
Steps for the Offline registration process to get admission at the SRM Institute of Science and Technology are given below:-
Steps 1 – Application form: Go and get the SRM University application form from the university office by making the payment of Rs. 1160/- via DD (Demand Draft) drawn in favor of “SRM University –Director, The Directorate of Admissions” payable at Tamil Nadu, Chennai.
Steps 2 - Form Filling: Now you can start filling the SRM University application form with all the required credentials carefully
Steps 3 – Attach Documents: Now attach all the required documents carefully with the duly filled SRM University application form
Steps 4 – Form Submission: At last submit the SRM University application form to following given address:-

SRM Institute of Science and Technology UG Programs Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech – You must cleared class 10th ad 12th with 50% aggregate marks in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) stream
BBA – You must cleared class 10th ad 12th with 50% aggregate marks in any stream
MBBS - You must need a valid NEET entrance exam score as prescribed by MCI (Medical Council of India)
BDS – You must cleared class 10th ad 12th with 50% aggregate marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) stream
B.Optom – You must cleared class 10th ad 12th with 50% aggregate marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) stream
B. Pharm – You must cleared class 10th ad 12th with 50% aggregate marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) stream
B. Sc – You must cleared class 10th ad 12th with 50% aggregate marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) stream
BOT – You must cleared class 10th ad 12th with 50% aggregate marks or Diploma in operation therapy.
BPH – You must cleared class 10th ad 12th with 60% aggregate marks in PCB (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) stream
B.Com – You must cleared class 10th ad 12th with 60% aggregate marks in Commerce stream
B.Ed – You must have done graduation in any degree
B.P.Ed – You must have done graduation with 50% aggregate marks
B.Sc – You must cleared class 10th ad 12th with 50% aggregate marks in PCM/PCB Stream
BA – You must cleared class 10th ad 12th with 50% aggregate marks
BCA – You must cleared class 10th ad 12th with 50% aggregate marks

M. Tech – You must have done B. Tech with 50% aggregate marks
MBA – You must have done graduation with 50% aggregate marks
MMS – You must have done graduation from Indian University and obtain min 50% in CAT exam.
MD – You must have done MBBS or its equivalent degree recognized by the MCI (Medical Council of India)
M. Com – You must have done B. Com from a recognized university
M. Sc – You must have done B. Sc from a recognized university
