Exam Pattern 
The MH SET exam is divided into two papers: Paper 1 and Paper 2, each with its own test structure. The MH SET Paper 1 is a general exam with objective type questions from the Research Aptitude and Teaching section. Paper 2, on the other hand, is divided into 32 subjects. All of the questions on both papers are mandatory. Candidates must appear in both papers to be considered for the position of Assistant Professor.
Paper 1 of the MH SET exam includes questions from the area on Teaching and Research Aptitude. The question paper will have a total of 50 mandatory MCQs worth 2 points each. Candidates will have one hour to complete the exam. 
Teaching and Research Aptitude – 50 Questions worth 100 marks – 1 hour duration
The MH SET Paper 2 is divided of 32 subjects. Candidates must select the subject of Paper 2 based on their PG level subject when completing the MH SET application form. The Paper 2 question paper will include a total of 100 MCQs worth 2 points each.
Chosen Subject among 32 subjects – 100 questions worth 200 marks – 2 hour duration
